The MTV Video Music Award nominees were just announced.
The ceremony goes down August 30, and Miley Cyrus is hosting.
Kendrick Lamar leads with 5 nominations...
...followed by Taylor Swift with 4.
Ed Sheeran received 3 nominations.
Beyoncé also received 3.
NICKI MINAJ is up for 2 VMAs, but she's angry she didn't get a nomination for Video of the Year. She tweeted, quote, "If your video celebrates women with very SLIM bodies, you will be nominated," which Taylor Swift thought was a jab at her…but apparently they made their peace.
The ceremony goes down August 30, and voting is open at VMA.MTV.com.
