Here Are All The Upcoming Site Plans & New Business Projects In Kalamazoo

The city of Kalamazoo is constantly going through changes and is an ever-evolving place to live. The same could be said for all places, but it seems like Kalamazoo is constantly getting new businesses in and seeing businesses leave at the same time. With so much going on in the city it’s hard to keep track of, which is why the city of Kalamazoo has conveniently provided a list of site plans for the city.

Basically, what the webpage does is indicate the address where any kind of construction is going to be taking place. This could involve new businesses repaving parking lots, the removal of a business to make way for a new one, and other projects. It will even let you know if a new apartment or office is being built. Currently, on their site, there are more than a dozen different locations that are going to be going through some changes.

One of the most recognizable ones is the old gas station on S. Sprinkle Rd. just before the roundabout. Apparently, there is a plan to turn into a dispensary called the Grass Station. No matter your feeling on dispensaries, you have to admit that’s pretty creative.
