Michigan Automaker GM Recalls Over 600,000 Vehicles
Michigan has been instrumental in not only the creation of the motor vehicle here in America but also the advancement of the automotive industry. We all know the history of Henry T Ford and the Ford Motor Company starting in Michigan and soon they had competition popping up all over the country and world. Today, the automotive industry is stronger than before but facing some challenges.

We're all aware of how the tariffs have affected the automotive industry from production to final sale pricing of cars. This has created a plethora of problems including an overloaded inventory and concerning profit margins. Now, they are facing another problem that has become more frequent in the recent years, recalls.
Recalls have been hitting the automotive industry hard for the last couple of years as companies are trying to find the most advantageous ways to sell their vehicles and sometimes this is creating safety issues. There have been recalls initiated for functions inside of the car, seat belts, outside framing, and many other parts of vehicles including some things under the hood.
