Imagine having twins on different days, or years..or even different decades.

That happened last week in Carmel, Indiana.  Jocelyn was born at 11:37 p.m. on December 31st, 2019 before Jaxon arrived at 12:07 a.m. on January 1, 2020.  Dawn Gilliam of Pendleton, IN wasn't due to give birth until February 19th, 2020 according to WTHR,

Concerns about lack of fetal movement sent pregnant mother Dawn Gilliam to the hospital on New Year's Eve. At 11:37 p.m. she delivered Joslyn at four pounds, 11 ounces.  "We've known for a while that she was going to be born first,” said Gilliam while talking to reporters in the maternity ward lobby Friday afternoon. “She's been in position for most of the pregnancy. Of course, he was breech. So, it took a while for him to come."  Little brother Jaxon arrived at 12:07 a.m. on New Year's Day at 4 pounds, 5 ounces.

Twin typically share everything.  But this time, they do not share a birthday.  That just makes these twins a little more mysterious than all the others.

We're very happy for the new family on the birth of their healthy boy and girl.
