Greekfest Kicks Off Summer Festival Season This Weekend
Kalamazoo Greekfest kicks off the traditional summer festival season in Kalamazoo beginning Thursday. The festival runs three days, through Saturday, and is one of the cornerstones of Super Saturday, along with the 103.3 KFR Doo-Dah Parade, and the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Art Fair at Bronson Park.
The musical entertainment this year features 90's hair band Skid Row on Friday night, and Theory of a Deadman on Saturday night. Local band Drop 35 opens the fun on Thursday night.
The menu ranges from Greek favorites to American fare.
