What Business Should Move Into Max 10 On Gull Rd?

Max 10 on Gull Rd in Kalamazoo has been closed since 2014.  What should move into this prime location?

I know it's not practical but I would like to see a record store move into that location or maybe a Hot N Now.  We posed that question on facebook this morning.  Here are some of your answers.
