A new study by the job website Glassdoor found the most common questions you'll hear in a job interview.  It's fine to get a little thrown off by a random question as long as you make sure you're not thrown off by the standard ones.  Here's a list of the 10 most common interview questions:

What are your strengths?

What are your weaknesses?

Why are you interested in working here?

Where do you see yourself in five years?  What about in ten years?

Why do you want to leave your current company?

Why do you have gaps in your job history?

What can you offer us that someone else can't?

What are three things your former boss would want you to improve on?

Are you willing to relocate?

Are you willing to travel?
