Hospice Care of S.W. Michigan Point 1K Run Was A Thrill

It was more than a run, it really was fun!

Down Kalamazoo was filled with laughter, clues, and a short jog for every one including a duck!

Plus, they have a lot of fun raising money to support all that they do. On Saturday morning, supporters showed up to take part in the 'Spoof Run' to raise money but found themselves having a blast taking part in the 'The Amazing Pre-Race' !

Once you were registered for the event, you had the chance to take part in the scavenger hunt based off of the 'Amazing Race' and it was great!

Challengers were given clues to find local businesses. Once there you were sent on a hunt to identify an object in the store or play a game. My INCREDIBLE team nailed the hunt in 33 minutes, but unfortunately, we were not the winning team. No worries, we are already practicing for next year.

It was a great family friendly event that highlighted the best of Downtown Kalamazoo, and the helped support the angels that do more then one could ever ask of someone.
