Help Us Find This Missing Plainfield Teen

The Kent County Sheriff's Department is asking for your help finding this missing 15-year old Plainfield Township boy.

According to the Kent County Sheriff's Office,

The Kent County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a missing juvenile and we are asking for the public’s assistance in locating him. Isaiah Ray Burrows left his residence near 131 and Post Drive N.E. in Plainfield Township on February 13, 2018 at 5:00 PM. Isaiah is described as a black male, 15 years old, 6’1”, 140 pounds, black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green/grey winter jacket, black snow pants, black stocking hat, black gloves, and winter boots. Isaiah has never run away in the past and has no known friends or family in the area. We do not believe foul play is involved, but Isaiah is cognitively impaired and we have no leads to follow up on.
