Updates on Kalamazoo Shooting Survivors Tiana Carruthers and Abigail Kopf

Friday Night Galilee Baptist Church hosted a benefit concert for Tiana Carruthers and raised $18,000.

Tiana Carruthers is the surviving victim from the Kalamazoo mass shootings that put herself between the gunman and children.  She risked her life to save others without thinking twice.  Tiana is the definition of hero!

According to Wood TV 8,

The family says they have felt the communities love.  But never more than they did tonight.

I'm happy to share more good news with you about the Kalamazoo shooting survivors.

14 year old Abigail Kopf continues to show that she is a big time fighter!  According to Abbie's Go Fund Me page,

Abigail is climbing out of bed on her own and walking entirely on her own. She refuses to be followed by a wheelchair.

She is speaking, but is a whisper, and she is eating soft foods.

It's great to get some good news following the pointless tragedies.
