A man opened fire in a Lafayette, Louisiana theater showing Amy Schumer's Trainwreck yesterday.

About 20 minutes into the movie the 58-year-old just stood up and started firing a handgun into the audience. Two people are dead, including the shooter, who killed himself.  Nine people were hospitalized, three with critical injuries, and the victims range in age from their late teens to their 60s.

Police know who he is but haven't released his identity.  They don't have a motive, but they think he acted alone. Officials said the gunman had a criminal history. "We don't believe there's anybody else involved," Louisiana State Police Col. Michael Edmonson told NBC reporters. He also said there were approximately 100 people inside the theater at the time.
