It's that time of the year when 'snow removal' is added to our daily chore list in Michigan. And not only is it an annoyance, it's also illegal to use a snow blower to remove snow during certain hours of the day.

The excitement of that first snowfall of the year in Michigan usually wears off when we have to add snow shoveling to our daily chore list. And like any chore, we want to get it done and off our list as soon as possible.
