We're not even through the month of October but Santa Claus has been spotted in a Southwest Michigan town.

This Santa school, the Charles W. Howard Santa Claus School in Midland is known as the Harvard of Santa schools and has been training Santas all across the country for 81 years.

It's not every day that you get to see Santa Clause. After all, he only comes to town around Christmas time. With his busy schedule, from making appearances at hundreds of malls all over America to personal appearances at businesses, this guy barely has time to sleep.
