According to TMZ and their "well-placed sources...and they're solid", Kourtney Kardashian has finally ended her relationship with Scott Disick. Sources told TMZ that Scott's partying habits got out of control but that he knew the relationship had ended because he was telling people in Monte Carlo that he was "newly single."  I mean look at these photos!  He's practically humping her...
