Us Weekly, Jim Carrey's ex-girlfriend Cathriona White died Monday night of an apparent suicide. She was only 30, and originally from Ireland. They met in 2012 when she was doing makeup for a movie. They dated through early 2013, then broke up. Then they got back together earlier this year, and broke up again last week. The police say she left a suicide note, and it mentioned the breakup.
