The tables just turned on a West Michigan chef that has raised $12,000 in less than a month for local businesses.

On January 7th Chef Jenna Arcidiacono from Amore Trattoria Italiana "Tip Back Thursday."  She posted her venmo code on facebook asking for donations.  She would then go out and surprise local restaurants with huge tips.  In the video below she tipped a local business $1,000 that got stiffed on a dine and dash.

Jenna putting others first with her "Tip Back Thursday" in combination with the generosity of the community has resulted in $12,000 going to restaurant staff in just 3 weeks.  Friends of the very thoughtful Chef got together and decided it was time that she got a surprise of her own according to Wood TV 8,

A surprised Arcidiacono was working at her restaurant Thursday evening when friends knocked on the backdoor, surprising her with a whopping tip of $6,200.

Arcidiacono and her staff at Amore were so surprised and grateful to receive this much needed tip.  You can see the full story including the moment the generous chef was surprised by her friends in the video below from Wood TV 8.
