In another post separately, somebody made the claim that the buildings owners want $10,000 a month for rent, although we haven't been able t find a listing to confirm that. One person even made a claim in one feed I came across saying that the new business that would be moving in COULD be a Gordon Foods

Now as construction and removal of the old property has finished, all that is left is a flat empty land with fencing surrounding the area and people wondering just what is going up.

Lefty's is planning on opening their 30th Michigan location on the west side of the state, bringing their cheesesteaks to Kalamazoo on Stadium Dr where Moe's Southwest Grill once served

Finally some good news. The road construction nightmare that 2015 has been, will get a little less bad. The Michigan Dept. of Transportation says Stadium Dr. at US 131 will open on Thursday.
