This Is Weird, What’s Up With My Hand?

I noticed when I got to work this morning some strange marks on my fingers! I don't remember touching my finger tips to anything either. I did have a strange dream last night, but I can't remember what it was about. I just remember waking up at 3am all freaked out. Has this ever happened to you? Waking up the next day and not knowing why you have strange marks on you?
