They Did It! And It Means 10 New Vests

The folks at Kalsee Credit Union did it. If you listen to me (the Bensonshow) afternoons, you've heard me mention Kalsee's efforts to raise funds to buy new protective vest for local police dogs, all the while setting a Guinness World record for coin tossing. Well, good news on both fronts. The event was on President's Day and enough coins were raised that 10 new vests will be purchased for the K-9 patrol. MLive did a nice write up about it. And a new world record was set in the process. 869 coins in one minute.
