The Last Handmade Kalamazoo Art Hop Is Friday

If you're a fan of the Art Hop and Handmade Kalamazoo, this will be their last go at the event. Friday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m., they will be holding the final appearance at Art Hop. The organizers explained why they're shutting it down permanently, while also alluding to new projects in the future on their event page:

You guys! We have BIG things coming up for us and have decided to closed our shop at the end of the month. While we have created deep and lasting friendships with our neighbors and our customers, we feel like we should have one last hurrah!
Please join us this Friday from 5-8pm, we’ll be slipping gift cards from our neighbors in shopping bags. As always, there will sips and snacks, and chili and cornbread from our friends @wellerbarbeque - and all the good people!

Don’t worry! Our shirts aren’t going anywhere, and we’ll be making an announcement on a partnership coming early 2019, plus we’re online and we wouldn’t stop the farmers market for the world.

So although Handmade is going away at Art Hop, it seems that a new, fun project may be headed our way from Handmade Kalamazoo.
