These medicines listed as a pain reliever and fever reducer were packed in bottles marked .5oz for Infants' Ibuprofen Concentrated Oral Suspension sold at Walmart, CVS, and Family Dollar. According to an article, affects of ibuprofen overdose include nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, diarrhea, tinnitus, headache, and gastrointestinal bleeding.
