Ten days following Paul Walker's fatal car crash, his family has finally received his remains for burial.

TMZ reports that the 40-year-old actor's body was released from the L.A. County Coroner's Office on Monday (Dec. 9) following an autopsy. His family asked that he be moved to a local mortuary while they continue to sort out funeral arrangements.

The 'Fast and the Furious' star died Nov. 30 in a single-car accident at a charity event in Los Angeles. A friend, Roger Rodas, 38, was driving and lost control of their Porsche, slamming into a tree and a post. Rodas was also killed in the crash.

The autopsy concluded that Walker died from "traumatic and thermal injuries" suffered in the fiery crash. Rodas was killed by multiple traumatic injuries, according to the coroner's report.

Walker is survived by his 15-year-old daughter, Meadow; both of his parents; and four siblings.

Rest in peace, Paul.
