The only thing I know about the Super Bowl is loud noise, beer cans and tons of food!

My husband's favorite thing to eat during the Big Game are little sausages, queso dip and wings.

Well, let's just say it's not the best food to eat — plus, it puts more jelly rolls on your tummy.

Here are some healthier things to eat on Super Bowl Sunday:

1. Alternate beer and water. (Water cuts down the calories from that yummy Miller Lite.)

2. Only eat at half time. (I think this one is impossible so I have to dismiss this one.)

3. Avoid pizza, wings, and chips. (Basically everything you like!)
