How To Help Dogs Left Out In The Cold

One thing that makes me so angry is when I see poor, innocent animals left outside by their owners for some lazy or abusive reason.

There's no excuse to leave your dog outside in the cold when you could simply put the dog in your garage or home. If you didn't want to have a dog inside your home, you should not even own one.

Here is a way you can help these animals that you will see this winter who are left in the cold. Not all have owners, of course, and some are homless, but we need to help them in anyway we can.
