If you haven't been to The Henderson Castle, you are definitely missing out.  I got to take a tour inside, and even got to see the entire city of Kalamazoo from the rooftop.

I met French Master Chef, owner and wine connoisseur, Francois Moyet.  He was very informative and a lot of fun to be around.  He truly loves preserving the history of The Henderson Castle, making guests feel like royalty and providing signature wine made right here on Michigan soil in his own vineyard.
