From The Police Blotter: A Zebra Dress and Nylons

Cops in Rochester, N.H, arrested a man for robbing a bank while wearing a zebra print dress and tan nylons over his head.

Bart Augustus was also wearing a black-and-white checkered bandanna, black-rimmed glasses and a black overcoat. He didn't have a gun and no one was hurt.

So was he arrested by the regular police or the fashion police?

And, yes, he probably was scratching his head, wondering where oh where his plan went wrong.
