Zoey! Who is Zoey? She is a very beautiful young girl with the most beautiful smile and prettiest brown eyes. This is Zoey Pesch. Zoey is a ray of sun shine on a gloomy day. Zoey was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia on 9/11/12 at just 8 years old. It has been a battle for little Zoey in and out of Bronson's Children's Hospital for transfusions, treatments, lab counts, surgeries and back and forth to U of M Mott Children's Hospital. Zoey has had it rough, from to her body not accepting the Bone Marrow, to blood infections, staph infections and very high temps. She is currently in Bronson Children's Hospital. The goal is to raise awareness of Leukemia and to help support Zoey and her family and to help lift the Financial burden that her parents are experiencing at this time. Zumba for Zoey Pesch is March 1st at Parchment Central Elementary (Zoeys's school - her father graduated from Parchment in 1997 - Jason Pesch) 6-8pm $10.00 adults and $5.00 children.
