Ministry with Community 15th Annual Underwear Open House

As the only daytime “drop-in” shelter and resource center in Kalamazoo, Ministry with
Community (“MwC”) has a long-standing tradition of working with the community to meet the needs of people who are struggling with poverty, homelessness, addiction and mental illness. The 15th Annual Underwear Open House raises awareness and helps provide critical support and items for our members (those we serve). This event raises funds and collects donations of new winter clothing and undergarments to help our members survive the harsh Michigan winters.
Last year, through community-wide donation boxes and at the event, we collected approximately 4,500 items of winter clothing and undergarments for our members.
