2-Month-Old Ike Is a Big Boy But He’d Be Perfect For Your Family

Raise your hand if you, upon seeing an adorable puppy, have to immediately fight the urge to grab its face and start talking in a ridiculous baby voice. Just me?

This is Ike. Ike is just over two months old but already a big boy. Just look at those paws.

Ike is currently at the SPCA of SW Michigan along with a couple of his litter mates but, he is ready to find his forever home. He should do great in any home whether you have other animals, kids, or it's just you...he'll fit right in.

As a reminder, he is a puppy so he'll need lots of attention and training too. If you're interested in adopting Ike, simply stop by or contact the SPCA of SW Michigan today. If Ike is already adopted by the time you read this, don't worry. The SPCA is currently housing plenty of animals that need new homes. Speaking of which, it's Spring which means puppy and kitten season for the shelter.

To prepare for the number of baby animals that will be coming to the SPCA, they'll be hosting their 6th Annual Puppy and Kitten Shower this Saturday (4/16).

Join the SPCA from 11 am to 3 pm for a free, family-friendly event. Much like a human baby shower, there'll be cake, raffles, games, and prizes. All that they're asking is for a puppy or kitten-related donation. That includes things like:

• Blue, regular Dawn dish soap
• Kitten/puppy formula
• Kitten/puppy food - both wet and dry
• Gift cards
• Non-clumping kitty litter
