A professor at Charleston southern University fired for his beard

Paul Roof was the winner of a beard and mustache competition. His prize? He got fired from his job as a professor at CSU. During the competition, Roof had his picture taken professionally and it was selected by Holy City Brewing to be put on some of their beer cans.

CSU is a Christian University and determined that Roof's image was not suitable for a Christian environment. Roof says he thinks that it is not fair that he was fired, especially since he did not know Holy City Brewing was using his picture for their cans.
