Sleeping More Than Nine Hours A Night.

It increases your chance of dying by 31%.  People who slept LESS than seven hours only increased their chance of dying early by 9%.  I don't have a problem with this one because I can't remember the last time I've slept more than nine hours in one night.  I've always been an early riser and sleeping in for me is 8:00 a.m.
