A mysterious woman walked into a West Michigan bar, destroyed their chili dog eating record then went to Dairy Queen.

Molly Schuyler is in her early 40's and has been a professional competitive eater since 2012.  She's famous enough to have her own wiki page.  Wikipedia tells us that she's from Minnesota but currently lives in Maryland.  We don't know if that info is up to date, but it wouldn't be unusual for a professional competitive eater to travel the country to eat.  In fact, last June a social media star named Raina Huang from California took on a Kalamazoo eating challenge and killed it.  You can see that whole story by clicking here.

Last Wednesday, July 7th, Molly took on a very long standing eating challenge in Rockford, Michigan.  The Corner Bar has apparently been a staple of the Rockford area for over 50 years.  People travel from all over the U.S. in an attempt to land on The Corner Bar's wall of fame.  The Corner Bar's general manager John Vanaman talked to Wood TV 8 about their wall of fame,

It’s going on 6,000 names on the wall there.  You have to eat 12 hot dogs (chili dogs) in four hours to make it on there.

12 chili dogs in 4 hours is a lot for the average person.  However, the record set in 2006 was 43 and 12 chili dogs with-in that 4 hour span.  Schuyler crushed that on Wednesday as she put back 50 chili dogs in 22 minutes.  She said that she could have eaten 75 had she not drank a pitcher of water.

When it was all said and done, she decided to celebrate by going to Dairy Queen.
