Grammy Highlights [VIDEO]

Past performances from Pink, Prince with Beyonce and Ricky Martin made the Grammys legendary.

But last night was all together strange.  I will try to focus on the positive.

Sam Smith won 4 much deserved Grammys which include Best New Artist, Song of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album.  Should have been 5 Grammys but Beck stole Album of the Year.

Hands down, the worst performances in an awards show EVER!  If someone would've told me 2 days ago that Annie Lennox would be the artist to save the day, I wouldn't have believed them.

Below is a clip of Annie Lennox performing with Hozier.  They start out with "Take Me To Church."  That song sounded out of tune.  Something was weird.  Then they went into "I Put A Spell On You."  Annie brought the house down!  Side note, Annie Lennox's version of this song is on the Fifty Shades of Grey Soundtrack.

The performances were so bad I gave up on the show early.  Which means I missed this performance from Sam Smith with Mary J Blidge.  Their performance of "Stay With Me" was awesome.

Last but certainly not least, Sia.  She showed that she is a true artist.  She performed with her back to the crowd for the entire song while MADDIE ZIEGLER, the little girl from the video, plus KRISTEN WIIG did an interpretive dance.  This wasn't your Bridesmaid or SNL Kristen Wiig.  She meant business.  Here's that performance.
