Public Urination

Despite an ordinance that decriminalized public urination and defecation in Kalamazoo, the State of Michigan, could soon overturn that ordinance with a proposed House Bill.

Kalamazoo City Commission recently revised some City violations that lessened charges for Public Urination, but some people believed this would LEGALIZE it... it did not.

Public urination might not become legalized, but the City of Kalamazoo is considering lessening the charge from misdemeanor to civil infraction, which would still come with a fine.
