Those trekking to Grand Haven City Beach this summer may want to plan on paying for parking. The Grand Haven Tribune reports that officials have put a plan in motion to charge for parking at the 61-space City Beach lot on "peak beach days".
This Sunday's Borgess Marathon and events have grown into a major event, and that growth means some traffic congestion and requires some creative thinking to navigate through parts of Kalamazoo on Sunday morning.
It truly is a joy to watch people who don't have a clue about how to park their car. I pride myself that I can parallel park a car or truck with seeing only out of one eye!! I think "eye" need to start charging people to do it for them :)
