This weekend I checked out the 2017 Kalamazoo Fretboard Festival at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum.  Tons of amazing stringed instruments, workshops and performances were enjoyed.

If you play a stringed instrument, listen up. This contest is for you. Kalamazoo's Fretboard Festival is having a play-in contest, just like a basketball tournament, but with longer shorts and with stringed instruments.

Stories Gone Wild will be the focus of the 2016 Storytelling Festival at the Kalamazoo Valley Museum, February 5-6. The Festival kicks off Friday night as part of Kalamazoo’s Art Hop.

Guitar Gods and Violin (Fiddle) Virtuosos: The Fretboard Festival Play-In Contest Submission Deadline is this Thursday, Dec. 10th.
