Patrons of the farmers market will have a chance to explore the new setup and location to get familiar with the layout for the upcoming season

The Kalamazoo Farmers Market is relocating for a short time as construction begins on the current location

They seek approval for a Trust Fund Development and Recreation Passport, which will allow them to add a fruit and vegetable-themed playground and replace the current restroom building

The original date they were looking for was May 2nd, which obviously did not happen. But according to their Facebook page, they're hopeful they'll be able to reopen in June

It’s hard to not see these circumstances as anything less than Biblical. So that got me thinking… if the Ten Plagues of Egypt were to hit Kalamazoo, just what would they look like?

The Kalamazoo Farmers Market has officially done their part in brightening up my morning and to help think warm thoughts with the announcement of their Opening Day in 2020

There will be 350 paved parking spaces added to the grounds, 40% more vendor spaces, new indoor facilities, and updated activity spaces and a play area.
