Henry Ford Museum

A bit of 80s pop culture has landed in Dearborn. The infamous Ferrari used in 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off' is now on Display at the Henry Ford Museum.

Some people may not know that The Henry Ford Museum was at one time known as the "Edison Institute Museum and Village". This is because Henry Ford named his museum after his idol and friend, Thomas Edison.

The Walt Disney Archives will bring the Heroes & Villains: The Art of the Disney Costume touring exhibit to Michigan's Henry Ford Museum in June 2022.

This could take you back to your childhood.

The Exhibition runs from Feb to May 2022.

The most valuable of the items owned by the Henry Ford Museum of Lincoln's is the assassination chair, purchased by Henry Ford in 1930, and has been on display at the museum for the past 42 years.

The Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn announced Tuesday it has acquired one of the first self driving vehicles developed by General Motors. This will be the first autonomous vehicle to be displayed at the Ford Museum.

It's one of my favorite places to visit in Michigan; maybe yours, too. While this news doesn't directly affect the Henry Ford Museum, it's name is officially changing.
