Driving home from work this week I saw a couple of things that got the wheels chugging in my brain. The first was earthmoving equipment across Gull Road beginning the demolition process on what was the Gull Road Automotive station.
The Michigan Department of Transportation said they'd be done on about August 1st, and the new roundabout at Gull Road (M-343) and G Avenue in Comstock Township has opened.
The running joke around Kalamazoo for the past few years has been how every empty building is becoming a credit union. Well, it's no joke, but Gull Road from Riverview in Kalamazoo all the way to Meijer in Comstock Township is the "wash" capital of the county if not the entire Midwest.
Yesterday at the Walmart located on Gull Road, a woman was finishing her shopping and loading her groceries into her car when she was approached by a woman
Why is it, when I travel westbound on Gull Road, just past the light on Sprinkle, my tires or wheels make a horrible grinding noise? I'm sure a mechanic or a car aficionado can explain this, but I sure can't.
