Additional Information

Trixy Tang will bring back the music of the 80’s on stage and we will throw in a special Halloween twist with an adult and teen Halloween costume contest on Thursday, October 24 at 7 p.m. in celebration of Rocktober at Ransom District Library.

Trixy Tang has been honored to have performed on big stages all over sharing the bill with our influences such as: Jackyl, Stryper, Great White, Warrant, LA GUNS, Sebastian Bach, Dokken, Faster Pussycat, and so many more.
They were voted #1 Best Original Band in West Michigan by 2019 Revue Magazine Reader’s Poll as well as taking the slot for #3 Best Cover Band in West Michigan 2019. They released their first full length album of original music in April 2019.
While they began covering music from earlier decades, lead singer Klay Fennema started the band in high school six years ago and is the only original band member left.
According to Klay, the library is “literally the last place I\'d ever imagine playing a gig when I got my start! Libraries have always seemed like a place that would be anti-rock n roll, and for a library to endorse this type of event is not only incredible, it\'s memorable!”
Fueled by rock n’ rock and candy this free family concert is sure to be a memorable event for everyone involved!
