If you’re looking to unwind and recharge, you may be interested in the straps class at bent9 Hot Yoga to start your day feeling strong and limber. From there, check out the free sugar scrub sampling at The Station, Yoga Uncorked for wine and yoga at The Wine Loft, DIY inspirational cuff bracelets with the KIA, and pamper yourself with a mini-pedi.
Want a fun and fast-paced day out with friends? Check out the multiple dance classes, “Supermarket Sweep” competition hosted by PFC Natural Grocery & Deli, Mixology class, Bloody Mary bar, enjoy the afternoon fashion show at The Union, and end the day with a special showing of Magic Mike at The Alamo Drafthouse. The day will also include mini workshops on candle-making, juicing, creating upcycled scarves, and improv comedy. There are also plenty of opportunities to sample delicious local food and beverages, including a beer and popcorn pairing, make-and-take chocolate turtle demonstration, a free tour of Bell’s Original Brewery, and the “Highballs & High Heels” class at Green Door Distillery – the girls’ guide to old man drinks.
