A horse drawn hayride will connect the Portage Farmers Market at City Hall to Central Cemetery and Celery Flats Historical Area. A special presentation will be featured at the cemetery highlighting some of Portage’s early settlers. All Celery Flats historical buildings will be open with crafts and historical demonstrations.
