Another Mid-American Conference school, Buffalo, N.Y. is No. 3 on the list. Buffalo gets almost 100 inches of snow per winter. No. 2 is Syracuse, N.Y.

And up the Michigan road in Houghton is Michigan Technological University, which blows everyone else away with more than 200 inches of snow per season.
