WMU in Kalamazoo Makes Top 10 Snowiest Colleges List
There's a list for darn near everything, and a weather service has compiled the Top 10 Snowiest Colleges in the U.S.
The list, compiled by Accu-Weather, ranks the colleges based on its annual snowfall.
Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo comes in at No. 8, as it averages around 67 inches of snow per year.
Another Mid-American Conference school, Buffalo, N.Y. is No. 3 on the list. Buffalo gets almost 100 inches of snow per winter. No. 2 is Syracuse, N.Y.
And up the Michigan road in Houghton is Michigan Technological University, which blows everyone else away with more than 200 inches of snow per season.
