Love wine enough to suffer through the hangover?  Well, there's good news for you, my wine drinking friends.

Anyone who enjoys a glass (or bottle if you're an experienced drinker - no judgement here) of wine knows that the headache/hangover is anything but pleasant.  If you've only had one glass, you're probably going to get a headache a few hours later.  If you've had more than one glass, the hangover is inevitable and miserable.

You've heard this before:  "Beer before liquor, never sicker. Liquor before beer, you're in the clear."  Here's a new one you can use now, thanks to Elite Daily:  Coffee before wine, you'll feel fine in no time!

Vinepair reports that drinking two cups of coffee BEFORE drinking wine will reduce the risk of a hangover, "Apparently, the coffee will constrict your blood vessels, therefore reducing the pain-in-the-ass vascular symptoms caused by wine."

There are three major offenders that cause your headache after you drink one too many glasses of wine: tannins, sugar and histamines. Tannins are the natural compounds born in grapes that cause your dry mouth when you’re drinking wine, while histamines cause headaches after being released in our bodies when we consume aged food and drinks (again, like red wine). - Elite Daily

The 3rd annual Wine Not? is back and this is valuable information to know before you enjoy wine sampling from 40 different wineries.  Did I mention tickets are available now and they sell out FAST?
