Will’s Kalamazoo Ribfest Process!

As you know, you are getting the best BBQ in America at the Kalamazoo Ribfest! Which begs the question, why would I try to do this myself? 

Maybe I am just a hands-on kind of guy! See, I like trying to create my own BBQ sauce at home a day or 2 before Kalamazoo Ribfest. "Why," you ask? Because after I try my own BBQ rub and sauce, I then go to Arcadia Creek Festival Place downtown and taste how the pros do it! It is always better at Ribfest!
