Will Is Looking For Some House Hunting Tips!

Yes I am doing what many people do in the Spring, look for a house! I will be a first time home owner and I have no idea what I am doing? I really can't afford anything too expensive, so whatever I end up buying will be a fixer-upper. So what do I look out for?

• What are some big warning signs to NOT buy a house?
• How do I know if they are asking a fair price for the house?
• Where do I find a trustworthy Realtor who will be upfront and honest with me?
• Who is a good inspector in the area that will do more than just an eyeball examination?

If you could help me out with some of these questions I would really really appreciate it!!
