Who Is That Sia Dancer?

I was watching "Dancing with the Stars" last night and Sia was performing live her "Chandelier" song. I love the fact that Sia does not like to face the camera ever when she is on TV performing. I think that's pretty sweet and humble. Well I have seen her amazing video of this song with the little blonde ballerina who is unreal. I've always wanted to know who she was and finally I realized who it was!
