Where’s My Ketchup And Salt?

Why does this always happen? It's already annoying that I have to ask for condiments with my to-go If I want them. But, when I specifically ask for ketchup and salt with my burger and fries, I don't think it's to much to ask. Nor to remember!

Why not keep a box of ketchup and salt attached to the outside of the to-go menu and I'll grab my own dang condiments. UGH!
