Celebrity Video Messages is an app that allows you to purchase a personalized video message from "celebrities."  There are about 40 "celebrities."  To say that David Hasselhoff is the biggest star on the app is the biggest understatement of the century.  I have no idea who any of these people are.  But...having a video of David Hasselhoff telling your husband you're pregnant wouldn't be too shabby, right?
