Today's Benson Show Mind Game centered around Bruce Willis and today being the 27th anniversary of the day he became a movie star, as Die Hard came out July 15, 1988. But we started talking about Willis' music career.

When Willis' career first took off with the TV series Moonlighting, he came out with an R&B album, The Return of Bruno, that featured one moderate hit song, a cover of the Staples Singers' "Respect Yourself."

Okay, but since this is my blog, here's something I ran across that's really special...Willis with the late B.B. King and Billy Preston doing a blues classic, "Sinner's Prayer."
